     You need to submit your application online which is available in the web site of the University.
6. I am an NRI/Foreign National and I would like to know the mode of admission in to University of Hyderabad?

     Few seats are available for NRIs/Foreign Nationals. 7. I belong to Union Territory / North Eastern states and would like to know whether University gives the admission on nomination basis without entrance examination written test.

     Yes, you need to submit online application and the hardcopy of which should be forwarded by the Directorate of Higher Education of the respective UT/NE. The candidates seeking admission into the research programmes, like, M.Phil. and Ph.D., however need to appear for interview if short listed by the University on the basis merit.
8. Is there any financial assistance available?

     Yes, the University offers scholarships/fellowships to the deserving candidates on the basis of the guidelines of the UGC and policy decisions taken by the University from time to time.
9. Is Hostel accommodation available?

     Yes, the Hostel accommodation is available. However the University does not guarantee the accommodation. The detailes are available in the Prospectus at page no.
10. Are there any colleges affiliated to this University?

     No Colleges have been affiliated to the University of Hyderabad and it has no branches anywhere in India.
11. Is there any medical facility available in the University campus?

     Yes, The University has Health Centre which caters the basic medical needs. Every student is covered with a medical insurance worth of Rs. 50,000/- per annum for inpatient treatment. The detailed are available in the Prospectus at page no
12. Is it possible to change / correct the details I entered in the Application?

     No. After successful registration you cannot change/ correct the details entered in the application.
13. What payment options do I have for this service?

     You have two options for payment of fee for entrance exam test. 1. Through the bank Demand Draft and 2. SBI Bank Challan generated by the system with your details.

15. How do I receive my Hall Ticket(s) and how do I know the results.

     You need to download the Hall Ticket from the University website from 14-02-2013 onwards. It may please be noted that the University does not communicate the results to the individuals. Hence, you are requested to please check the results from the website of the University and follow the schedule given therein for interviews/ admission.
16. How do I reach University?

    By Rail : The Railway station nearest to Hyderabad Central University is Lingampally. It is well connected through MMTS local trains from both Secunderabad as well as Nampally, Hyderabad.
    By Bus:
    Bus No. 216, 216U From Koti
    Bus No. 10H/U from Secunderabad.
    From RGI Airport The University is 35 km away from the Shamshabad Airport and can reach by a taxi or by the bus operated by GMR. The Taxi charges approximately Rs 600/- whereas bus charges will be around Rs 200/- you need to get down at Gachibowli and travel another 4 km by auto to reach the University.
